Kool Koor (geb. 1963 in New York als Charles Hargrove) ist ein Künstler, der heute in Brüssel lebt und als einer der ursprünglichen Graffiti-Pioniere der New Yorker Szene gilt. Zusammen mit seinem Freund Rammellzee und anderen Künstlern wie A-One, Quik, Dondi White, Crash und Futura bildete er das Fundament der New Yorker Graffiti Street Art Bewegung.

Kool Koor is a New York-born artist now based in Brussels, who is considered as one of the original graffiti pioneers of the NYC scene. Together with his friend Rammellzee and other artists like A-One, Quik, Dondi White, Crash and Futura he stood at the basis of the New York Graffiti Street Art Movement.
